System Maintenance Notice

Please be advised that on Saturday, May 14th and Saturday, May 21st we will be bringing our systems offline for maintenance. Access to the website and associated systems, including email, will be limited or unavailable from approximately 6am to 5pm Pacific. We will work as quickly as possible to restore services once the updates are completed.

If you do place any orders through IEOnline, and receive a confirmation number, your order has been recorded in our system though additional processing of it may be delayed until the systems are fully restored.

2008 Holiday Closure

The Information Express offices will be closed on December 25th and 26th and January 1st and 2nd. We are open normal business hours during the remainder of the holiday season.

New Coversheet Design

If you've been ordering documents from us for a long time you may have come to know - and recognize at a glance - our coversheet. Now, you'll have to start re-training your eyes to look for something new:

Our new coversheet is designed to allow more information about the article you've ordered to be clearly displayed as well as allow us to put in the information we need about the services you've requested to ensure we fill your order properly. We hope you find it easier to read to quickly locate the information you need about that order.

Office Closed for Thanksgiving

The Information Express offices will be closed on Thursday and Friday so that, like many Americans, we can stuff our faces with turkey and pie. Hope your holidays are equally gut-busting and we'll see you back again on Monday. Drive safely!
