The final updates from SSP aren't really ready yet. I'm still thinking about some of the ideas I had, and heard, while I was there up to and definitely including the final town hall meeting. I am dying to talk to someone about them and get a more rational perspective (I don't know if I ever really trust the "post-conference high" you get right away - though obviously you want to take advantage of that enthusiasm).
And now I'm up in Baltimore for the SLA conference where I'll be manning the booth and talking to people about what we have to offer right now. The shift in mindset there is subtle but I can use the momentum from SSP to carry through and I hope my enthusiasm and the ideas continue.
Computing Reviews is at booth 1201, right inside the entrance to the exhibit hall, sharing with Information Express (I work on both if the cross-posting on the blogs hasn't made that clear. And I am blogging over there also). Please drop by and see me. And if you do read this blog ask to see my new business cards and I'll show you my new nifty, strange, job title. I just got the new ones today and the title makes me laugh.
